Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
